With over a decade of experience in client engagement, Kathleen specializes in delivering concierge-level service and premium brand experiences that foster meaningful relationships, provide tailored solutions, and enhance clients’ lives. She is passionate about creating people-centered strategies that improve and optimize the client journey from start to finish.

Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Washington. Outside of work, she is an ensemble member at Unexpected Productions, Seattle’s longest-running improv theater. She believes improv teaches essential skills—listening deeply, adapting quickly, and infusing playfulness into every interaction—a mindset she brings to both her professional and personal life.
